ARTISTS FELLOWSHIP

Artists Fellowship

In-depth artist mentoring and further professional development in the form of fellowships is available for graduates ages 27-30.
The Art Division Fellows program provides leadership and professional opportunities to current students who turn past our age limit after having spent at least 18 months studying with our program.  Our goal is to continue to cultivate those slightly older artists who are qualified and interested in staying involved through teaching, assisting, and participating in special projects and art exhibitions.

Fellowships include opportunities for:
  • Mentoring younger Art Division students
  • Paid work opportunities
  • Leading workshops
  • Teaching core art classes
  • Attending current Art Division workshops as mentors provide there is space auditing classes
  • Further mentoring from a Master Artist
  • Supporting outreach and recruitment efforts
  • Talking to potential donors about Art Division and give tours of the space
  • Participating in a Capstone Project, like exhibiting your work in our gallery as a solo or group show; and continuing to participate in Art Division group exhibitions
