The Sam Francis Print Studio

Since the beginning, Art Division has championed the idea that printmaking is more than a technique—it’s a philosophy of making and sharing. What started in a small Rampart Boulevard apartment in 2010 has become one of the most vibrant corners of our campus: the Sam Francis Print Studio, home to weekly classes, creative breakthroughs, and an ever-growing community of emerging artists.

With the guidance of our printing faculty, Javier Carrillo, Victor Reyes and Elì Magdalena, a vibrant community thrives with printmaking at its center. Classes are offered on Saturdays and students work freely during the week.
